Positive Negative and N S E W Representations: There are two ways to represent whether a latitude is north or south of the equator or a longitude is east or west of the prime meridian; by using negative and positive numbers or appending N, S, to the latitude and E, W to the longitude. Negative numbers for latitude signify south of the equator and negative numbers for longitude signify west of the prime meridian. Map mode selection window contains a checkbox entitled N/S/E/W that switches between these two representations.

Go to Lat Long Button: "Go to Lat Long" button brings up a popup window allowing the desired location's latitude and longitude to be typed in. Once the latitude and longitude is typed in and OK is pressed the marker moves to the specified latitude and longitude and the map is centered at the marker location. Please note that only number representation of latitude and longitude works with this dialog box (deg, min, sec and N/S/E/W representations don't work). Furthermore, latitude must be between -90 and 90 and longitude must be between -180 and 180.
